Superfoods on the Morning Show (FOX5)
I’m watching the Morning Show on Fox5 right now and they’re talking about superfoods! Now, these are people in a corporate world and completely new to this whole concept of eating supoerfoods so it’s really interesting to see! This concept is spreading so fast and it’s amazing.
Of course they missed all the ultimate superfoods, but they still managed to cover a few good superfoods. Hey, it’s a good start.
The list of superfoods that were mentioned:
- quinoa
- ginger
- guava
- pistachio
- parsley
- raw beets
- swiss chard
- flax seed
- cinnamon
- acai
So they rated acai to be the king of all superfoods with the highest anti-oxidants. Acai is great and all, but FYI the highest anti-oxidant comes from raw cacao, which most people don’t know about.
But we still have a lot to learn about when it comes to food. We’ve been so disconnected to our own nature for so long that we don’t really know what’s good for us. Turning to nature for a great source of fuel is the wisest move. It doesn’t matter who you are, there’s no one who knows better than Mother Earth
Eating high quality superfoods and herbs gives us the wisdom of nature since they have language written in them which our bodies pick up on.
We are not meant to sick and depressed. That’s not who we are. Humans are so powerful beyond our current conscious imagination. As we start educating our bodies with these super codes of nature, the things we manifest into the world will truly be something to experience. We are creators and it all starts in our bodies.
Of course we have a loooooong way to go but I’m really excited to witness the beginning of a great shift.
